"Gabriel." In the dark, Peter's voice seems louder than normal, but it still takes a shove to get his twin to wake up. "Gabe!"

"Whaaa?" Fumbling for his glasses at the bedside, Gabriel finds the lamp first and switches it on. Both boys wince at the light, and when Gabe slides his glasses up his nose and looks up at Peter, it's not with a fond expression. "Peter, it's the middle of the night."
